Conversations with Connor

I don't talk to Connor very often because he's too cool for me. He refuses to read this blog because "I'm too busy being awesome to have time for your silly blog. And honestly, I don't really care."

Isn't he the sweetest?

So I made a deal that I would write a post about him, and he would consider browsing it in his spare time. "But really Kelsey, I don't have time for anything. Will you upload that picture of me to Facebook? I look really cool, but I don't want to do it myself."

Another gem from our conversation:
Connor: "Miami of Ohio is ranked one of the top five colleges for most attractive women. And when I get there, they'll be top five for men too."
Me: "Is that so?"
Connor: "Let's just be honest with ourselves. I'm the next George Clooney."
Connor isn't great at communicating - he responds to texts with yes, no, and good. When we're at home, we hang out all the time, but when I'm gone, we communicate through YouTube videos and USA Network shows. Not many people appreciate USA like Connor and I do, so he was pleased when I said one of my friends here watches too - until I mentioned that Dan's favorite show is Burn Notice.
Connor: "Burn Notice? Are you kidding me? That's the worst show on USA."
Me: "I know. And he doesn't even watch Covert Affairs."
Connor: "What is wrong with this kid?"

Our ranking of USA shows:

  1. Psych
  2. Suits
  3. White Collar
  4. Covert Affairs
  5. Necessary Roughness
  6. Fairly Legal
  7. Royal Pains
  8. Burn Notice
I tend to think Royal Pains has worse acting and writing than Burn Notice, but Connor likes the landscape and Divya, so we bumped it up. This list clearly proves that we have excellent taste. We also watch way too much television. This is only one network! I think I have a problem...

Ten bucks says Connor doesn't read this even after I post on his wall. Where is the love?
