Last weekend, a few of the interns went to the casino in Milwaukee. I've never been to a casino, and I was prepared to lose some money. I wanted to go big with my first time at the casino, but I only gambled $40. Joe taught me to play Blackjack last week, and he was present to tell me what to do, so I won $60. I totally understand why people enjoy gambling when they win. If Joe just explains why I did the things I did, then I'll be able to win it big in Vegas for our senior spring break!

| I didn't understand the woodsy theme, but let's just embrace it. |
On Saturday, Dan, Joe, Maya, Lindsay, Lindsay's friend, and I went to the Brewers game. We went with our managers earlier in the summer to see the game from the Gehl Club. The suite was great because it had tons of food and an air conditioned indoor area, but we decided we wanted to experience a Brewers game among the commoners as well. In Milwaukee, people tailgate prior to baseball games, a concept that Dan and I have had trouble comprehending. I've never actually been to a football tailgate, so my first tailgating experience was on Saturday. We were not even remotely prepared compared to the people around us - they had grills, cornhole/bags, lawn chairs, etc. We had a football...

| The Brewers stadium is growing on me. |
The game itself was pretty exciting. The Brewers won 6-2, and the stadium was really nice in the shade of the evening. I love night games for all sporting events, but I have a special place in my heart for baseball night games. In Cleveland, our lights stand over Jacobs Field looking like toothbrushes, and Connor and I loved to see them lit up when we were kids.
Next week brings Internville, the event at which all the interns present their projects to the company, so work is pretty hectic right now. I'm starting to get sad that the summer is ending. I'll be here for three weeks after everyone else, and I'm going to be so lonely! I'm going to have to keep myself amused with some new clothes. These count as necessities, right?
